Considering Injustice!Superman is now utterly insane and out of control, the question isn't on whose side they'd be, but if Sailor Moon can talk some sense into him before Venus and/or the Outers kill him.

I can't imagine the Senshis joining the side of a totalitarian regime, even if it is successful and holds its sphere of influence safe. For multiple reasons. Besides all this obvious "love and justice"-thing, Sailor Moon pushes the idea of matriarchy and Superman is one of the biggest male Gigachads in the entire popculture. That's literally the point of him: A man without limits who has to live in a world with limits without succumbing to the temptation to abuse his power. But in Sailor Moon all men are either supportive or doomed to die as villains.

There is not a huge difference between a totalitarian regime and an absolute monarchy (Crystal Tokyo) where everyone who had doubts about the global government and didn't want to "get cleansed" by the Silver Crystal got banished on a crappy planet at the edge of the solar system.

Except the Black Moon Clan weren't political opposers who were banished to a barely livable planet to avoid brainwashing: the original generation were explicitely religious terrorists who tried to topple the world government over Neo Queen Serenity extending humanity's lifespan and, after being caught and spared the death penalty, choose exile over rehabilitation, and Prince Demando's generation maintains the same ideology and tries to commit genocide over it, also adding attempted rape because apparently once you're committing genocide you can rape those you want to spare out of lust.

Depends on which version of Moon. Classic anime Usagi would try to heal/talk to him. Manga Sailor Moon would give him a warning first before dropping a magical nuke on him.

You are mixing canons up, I guess.
Anime continuity ≠ manga continuity.

Anime continuity: It's clearly stated both in episode 37 and 38 of SmR. The Cold Sleep happened, everyone woke up in the 30th century thanks to the Silver Crystal and some people refused the new status quo, they declared a war/tried to topple an *absolute*forking*monarchy and lost the war. They refused to get cleansed and "had no choice" (literally quoting) but leaving Earth. There is no mention of religion reasons or whatsoever.

Manga continuity: They were rebels turned terrorists that thought immortality was immoral (but they just wanted power for themselves and tried to rewrite history).

They still started a war before there was even a monarchy, that we don't know if it's absolute or not (we don't know anything of the government other than they have a royal family), and rather than letting themselves being cleansed of evil magical influences (because we see the cleansing, and it amounts to exactly that) they left in exile... And joined Wiseman, or let him join, in spite of him being a known mass murderer and serial killer.

That was for their ancestors, Demando's generation had been heavily influenced by Wiseman... And their attack on Earth explicitely caused billions of casualties, their plan aimed to change the timeline (one of the most incredibly stupid things a time traveler could do, something well known to the general public since Ray Bradbury's short story A Sound of Thunder), and their leader's goal is quite explicitely to rape Neo Queen Serenity or, if he can't get her, her teenaged version.
