We need a legit Mugen Sailormoon game so Bandai Namco gets motivated. That's pretty much how Dragon Ball Fighter Z came to existence (after so many sub standard Dragon Ball fighting games)thanks to the creators of Hyper Dragon Ball Z. Although I think it might end up with Capcom due the :luna:'s appearance in Monster Hunter.

Those 2 Eternal movies have to really sell well though.

Is there a Sailor Noon gamer community? We should join forces. I started 10 years ago a facebook petition for a new SM videogame. Got 13.000 likes/signatures...

There's a Discord community specifically for the SMS fighting game but its not that big yet (roughtly 300 to 500 members) but it is growing.

I do not agree with this. I mean, sure Crystal has very cute backgrounds, but the old show has it as well. I think these comparisons are unfair. The old show was completely hand drawn and very long. It came out almost 30 years ago and everything was done by hand. The backgrounds are very beautiful watercolor paintings that suffer from the lack of hd remaster, but with the newer blu ray films you can see how much effort was put in them. Crystal was trying to achieve the same pastel/watercolor feeling with modern technology, so it took them a lot less effort. The character designes were also very beautiful for the times, and the better animation directors did wonders with them. I really find any comparison in this regard unfair. On one side everything done in the old times was a lot harder to achieve, on the other there are some elements like the old style eyes that can only be done with the old hand drawn and coloring. It gave everything a bit more depth with simpler design, which look very flat with digital coloring.
I do not blam the 90 s anime fotr it . Because it came out of the 90 s .I think the 90 s are cute as well..But like the detailed ones better/.

I was just against compairing them, otherwise it is personal preferences. I love old anime in general. Stuff from 80s and 90s, because of the overall more mature artstyle and the feel of handrawn animation. While I enjoy new stuff as well, I find a lot of it too moe and too digital. But there are a lot of improvement with the new techniques aa well.

I honestly would love an open world type Sailor Moon game . A 3D (or 2.5D) version where can walk around Tokyo as your favorite Senshi and fight youma all over. It may never happen but I like the idea.
That definitely would be the idea Sailor Moon game (3D would be best, have it also maybe be online or something), and also include an ability to make your own custom Sailor Soldiers.

I agree, it is an unfair comparison.
