But Netflix still hasn’t announced anything about Cosmos in 3 months. We need to do something so Netflix will have no choice to release a international trailer for Cosmos
Yes, of course. Get a gun and make a shooting at Netflix headquarters.
Seriously you are becoming a meme at this point with these comments, don't you see it?

Wait was it because of me and other fans talking about Netflix and Cosmos
Their point is that you can do nothing about it but only wait, but I think you can still rant about it, & if they don't like your rants (which I do find amusing, BTW), they also can just ignore them or make your posts invisible to them until the Netflix announcement (that is, if it does happen, of course lol ). :)

It's not because the US has a strike that that prevents Netflix France, or any other country, from doubling. FYI, Sailor Moon Eternal was dubbed in November December, several months before Netflix released the films. So there, maybe the dubbing is already in the box.

I am causally waiting for whatever announcement they give for Cosmos whenever. One thing that has annoyed me about the leaks is seeing how they die so swiftly. I know that's how it is supposed to be but just a minor pet peeve of mine sometimes. It brings back those Fisheye moments from Eternal movie. Hey look everyone this is Fisheye and h... wait...he's gone... I..:booze:.
I think the problem is not that their deaths are brief, it's that there's no narrative tension built around them....like in the manga.... :creeper:

Do you realize that the world doesn’t totally revolve around the US ?
There is no separate Canadian and UK Anime dubbing industries and the English-speaking world has a large audience.

Well Netflix surely did not forget about Saiior Moon since they are adding Crystal to Netflix Thailand on the 31th.
BTW, if any of you ever see an actual human in that position, please call for an ambulance. That promo makes her look like she's broken her neck and arm, or at the very least, has gone unconscious after a violent fall down the steps.

So I now realized that both films hasn't made an international release because of the US isn't done dubbing both films and the delay happened because of the Actors Strike
Even Hollywood has some films premiered in other countries (Asian countries) 2 to 10 days prior to the US. So even if the English dubbed version doesn't make it this year, I think it's still considered "internationally released" if it is dubbed or subbed in Thailand, Chinese, Taiwanese. And fans on this forum will somehow find a way to access to it. Dialogues in the movie were taken from the manga, so there is no big deal.

We’ve gotten so spoiled with the way that Viz handled Crystal’s release that we forget anime movie licenses can take months or even years to get stateside.

We were lucky Netflix nabbed Eternal so fast but it had also been in production for a while due to Covid. There’s also the possibility that it didn’t perform as good as expected- being top 10 in few select countries worldwide for 1 week might not be the big expectation Netflix was banking on. Who knows what exclusives went into the Netflix licence- Maybe Toei wants to try a better tactic this time. There also hasn’t been any Eternal merch in the US- all that’s out there is Crystal. That’s a weird and big missed opportunity, especially with Eternal having the legacy Tadano look that should make it easier to cash in on.

So who knows how Netflix and Toei want to approach this. But daily posts whining about it not being announced, not to mention threads about petitioning labels to license it, are definitely not going to get us there faster. It’s up to Toei and the companies and come on it’s not like it’s been ages we’ve been waiting- it’s only been 3 months.
