The platform accidentally leaked the upcoming arrival of Sailor Moon Cosmos on Netflix. Someone was able to record their TV screen and show it.

I have my reservations. Someone released a very convincing looking Sailor Moon Cosmos video on YouTube. Almost like something you would see on Netflix. I'm getting the Blu-ray but if they announce it beforehand....I "MAY" purchase a Netflix subscription just to support the release of the streaming, and as long as they offer dual audio because I probably won't be too interested in the dub.

Can't remember which member in this thread posted or what page/topic it is on but maybe if I go through my YT history and see if I can pull it up.

Edit: Although I couldn't find the "convincing" :D, video I suggested and you requested, most likely because they removed it on YT, :O. I did save screenshots from the video at the time to inspect, then browse online, which later led me to conclude it wasn't actually legit.

That's not correct, as we knew later that shot's from the film's OP, so i shouldn't be in the middle of the runtime like that.
Oh no, from what I remember this was not the movie itself. It's when you are on a film and you play a trailer to that movie. It was never the actual movie, it was just a trailer they were playing spliced with the Netflix layout which made it seem like a trailer preview to the movie.

Not that convincing to be honest.
That's your personal opinion, you're welcomed to it, and I respect it.

I would like to point out though that if someone doesn't watch Netflix frequently or even have Netflix, they may "assume" it is legit. However, if they take what they see and research, they can conclude that it is indeed false.

This was clearly different from the actual Netflix platform layout. And Netflix show descriptions don't mention production companies or years, they just write a synopsis. I could tell it was fake from the moment I looked at it.

Yes, I am aware. This is why I later clarified again much further down to the other forum member that if someone was 'unfamiliar' with Netflix or their layout they may have assumed it was legit but later determined it was fake. Making it clear that individual perceptions vary between fans.

I don't know the Mexican platform where people got this video from. I thought Netflix, because since it always talks about Netflix. On my mibox s, you just have to type a name of a program in the search bar and the film / anime appears and just click on it to switch to the program via Netflix, and others.

Sorry.
