Another theory if it's is Amazon they probably had to redubbed Dreams? I strongally suspect part of the reason for the delay was dubbing four movise.

You don't need one year to dub four movies. You can actually do that in one month. I work with dubbing myself and I can assure you that.

Dang, the movies just getting dubbed after all this time..lol.

I sorta forgot about the dubbing part. Since I've seen it in Japanese I'm not to interested in watching it in English since I really don't care for our dub...but I may still give it a peak to see how they sound during specific scenes.

The problem with fansubs, they stupidly copied the texts from the manga...

A dub would be great. I don't know Japanese, but I do know Spanish well enough. I just read the manga before watching the Cosmos movies, and it worked out fine enough tbh.

some could use de Japanese subs that are in the BD at least trying to do something correctly, some dialogs were almost the same as the manga.
before most people watched fansubs o.o, and i know some company official sub change things o.o of what the characters said following some narrative.

Some sentences were the same but sometimes certain sentences changed or were not included.

For example when the outers return to their palace, you have Michiru or Setsuna who speaks saying that installing a shield could disrupt the balance of the solar system, and that they are not strong enough to do that.

Haruka is not a proper Butch representation in the manga and cosmos but she is in the 90s Anime.

The 90s anime had thier own take.While Naoko had her own take.Its not bad it's different.The 90s anime did not create the characteres.It made sailor moon popular.

The manga incarnation of Haruka and Rei became popular and got copied by other shows especially Yuri manga that did not happen with the 90s anime Haruka though.

the Japanese subs in the BD, even before a transcript from the Japanese video
comparing o.o all of them, and some parts from the manga o.o
and im still insecue that ill will because the ocr from the subs in BD have some errors i think because of the software i use

To avoid mistakes, I used text recognition software, took line by line with my cell phone and hop. I used the Japanese subtitle timing matrix, and replaced the texts afterwards. It was long but at least it has the right kanji.

I don't know about this line anymore, but for others, there were some big mistakes.

i know maybe there were errors o.o, no one is perfect but at least they could watch the movie before o.o or almost when the BD were released
some translation take time o.o to do it right, and these were fast
i did the collar x malice movies and took me months

This reboot has been such a disaster in the way its been handled. Unfortunately, most reboots are never as superior to its original content I feel. I feel it has lost that certain "magic" that the original series has had. I do prefer Rei's personality more from the original anime, even if it did veer away from her manga counterpart. It made her so much more interesting as a character, love the hilarious & incredibly funny feuding between her & Usagi is iconic to me and just how shows close they truly are. That element has always warmed my heart.

@Memelord_Yoshi If Sailor Moon Crystal, Eternal, and Cosmos gets dubbed in Tagalog the Senshi would speak Taglish and Gay Lingo while Mamoru would speak street language.

Though even if a fan could bribe her with 10 of those I don't think she'll bend her knees just like how J. K. Rowling stance on the trans community going to female public toilets/wash rooms.
