The 90s movies got uploaded on Netflix LatAm today, which means Brazil is getting a official release of the movies for the first time. Original audio with subtitles.
However, the subtitles are a translation of... the LATIN SPANISH DUB, with all its translation mistakes (such as the Star Power attacks being called by season 1 attack names) and name adaptations. We hear Usagi, but we read "Serena."
Just like I ignored S with its cheap old dub and its glorious "dubtitles", I'm going to ignore these movies. F*ck Toei.

Afterwards, you have the choice of translating the film for your personal use from a foreign subtitle.

We already have the movies fansubbed from yeaaaars ago. Even in Bluray quality.
I really like being able to watch stuff easily available on streaming, but most SM releases on Netflix don't do the bare minimum.

I know that when I bought the JP Blu-rays of Sailor Moon Eternal, I had to redo the subtitles because Netflix was bad.
Just like I had to do with the Kazé Blu-rays for Sailor Moon Crystal.

Damn the audio for the movies (latam spanish) sounds so bad
It sounds straight out of a VHS tape lol
Do you have original audio/subtitles option?
I'm under the strong impression Toei wanted to make your version available here in Brazil instead of the JP one, but Netflix Latin America objected. I can't see any other reason for them to make subtitles out of the Latin Spanish dub instead of the Japanese one. (There was never a Brazilian dub for the movies)
