The Chibi Chibi / Cosmos Problem

I don’t think it’s that much of a plot-hole, it’s fairly obvious to me that however Cosmos is Usagi, she’s not the Usagi from either this current timeline or lifetime, therefore it’s not a big leap in logic to assume that two forms of the same person being in the same space doesn’t disrupt the time space continuum unless those two forms are from the same lifetime/timeline.

Cosmos is either a completely new reincarnation of the Silver Crystal Star Seed or a Usagi from an alternate timeline where she gives into Chaos’s despair at the Cauldron and chooses to absorb all her Senshi’s Sailor Crystals into her thereby becoming “the Cosmos,” and technically an amalgamation of all the Solar System Senshi rather than merely Usagi herself.

I think Cosmos came from a timeline wherein the Outers helped Usagi in Zero Star Sagittarius, the Current timeline has the Timeloop where Cosmos has to go to the present to maintain the existence of the timeline.

Cosmos is like Princess Sailor Moon because both manipulate Usagi to do what they want her to do.

That timeline reminds me of one of those Qaaman what-ifs where one thing changes and everyone ends up weaker. In the timeline we get, the outer senshi and Usagi wouldn't have even made it to Galaxia's porch. Unless Lethe decided to spare them.

Mnemosyne would have still stopped Lethe in that timeline just like ours.
In that timeline, Galaxia does not go to earth after she kills the Inner Senshi, Kakyuu goes to meet Usagi, without any help and the Outers, Starlights, Kakyuu, and Sailor Moon would go to Zero Star Sagittarius, they would still die off one by one and only Usagi would have survived. The Asteroid Senshi and Chibiusa would still have seen the people who guided Usagi to Zero Star Sagittarius die at the hands of the henchman of Galaxia before Usagi goes to Galaxia's palace.

Cosmos regrets that because she ends up facing Galaxia completely alone (because her allies ended up knocked unconscious or dead) in the past which Chibichibi prevented.

Cosmos or Chibichibi needs to give Galaxia a spanking which she could easily do, and I must be missing something to not know why she wants to replay that battle over and over again

Indeed, that is why I find Princess Sailor Moon better and more justifiable.
