The bilingual manga's translation is credited to William Flanagan, so I'm not sure if that was a mistake (though that would be a pretty huge mistake to make) or if they scrapped that translation and are indeed using something completely new...
ETA: Looking at the previous page of this thread, it seems the preview of the Eternal Edition that Kodansha gave out in April used the translation from the bilingual release. Since that translation is credited to William Flanagan, I wonder if this means: A) He was incorrectly credited, in which case yikes, B) Kodansha messed up and used his translation for the preview even though it wasn't the translation they were using, in which case yikes, or C) Kodansha scrapped his translation and hired these new translators to do a new translation between now and April, which would make me a bit nervous...
