I don't know if anyone is a licensed architect here but I guess that also counts like the city wall around Silver Millennium that looks a lot like the Walls of Constantinople, the Roman capital of 1100 years.

The building that mostly resembles the Moon Castle is the Villa La Rotonda, a Renaissance villa.

Naoko Takeuchi was heavily influenced by the Italian Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio and by what is known as Palladian architecture.

Princess Serenity’s Dior dress is also called Palladium.

Everything follows the theme that Naoko chose.
