My thoughts:
The Soldier of Love and Justice: Obviously, this is her most iconic title, and I do think it suits her nicely, but it's also a bit redundant with Sailor Venus's being the Soldier of Love (and, as Sailor V, the "Champion of Justice.")
The Soldier of Mystery: I do like this title, which I suspect may be a reference to the theme song "Mystery Sagashi" from the first musical, but it's also a bit odd since I don't particularly associate Sailor Moon herself with mystery or the mysterious. I kind of prefer Tokyopop's "Scout of Sanctity." The Nibley twins' "Guardian of Miracles" is fine, but "miracles" as an adaptation of "mystery" is a little iffy. "Guardian of the Mystic" or "Guardian of Mystique" might work better, especially given their translation of "Maboroshi no Ginzuishou" as "Mystical Silver Crystal."
The Soldier of Eternity: I think this was only used once, on the cover/title page of the chapter in which Eternal Sailor Moon first appears, in the original Nakayoshi run of the manga. It's fine but, well, boring.
The Soldier Who Embraces All: I think this is the epithet I like the most. It doesn't exactly apply to Sailor Moon at the start when she's more than happy to wipe out her foes, but by the time Galaxia refers to her as this, she's matured into it. I think "the soldier who embraces all" is exactly what Sailor Moon should be, and it's what I always think of her as.
