Umino and Minako question

Hey guys I have a question for those who are informed on the matter. I was wondering when did on the 90s anime atleast did Minako actually meet Umino and their reaction towards each other. I am asking this because in my personal fanfiction which was based on the 90s anime I was flirting with the idea of basically merging the characters of Umino and Amano from Sailor V and having Umino in the past year before the first season of Sailor Moon going to Minako's school of Shiba Koen Jr. High before being transferred to Juuban and I was wondering if this would contradict the 90s anime canon too much?

I haven't watched much of the original series recently but no I don't remember them ever interacting

I recently finished watching the 90's anime and no scene comes to mind where Umino and Minako meet

Do any of the girls ever actually interact with Umino other than Usagi? No time comes to mind even with Ami and Mako who went to the same school. The closest I think ever happened was episode 95 where Umino is in the love contest and the girls are watching.

I remember in the introduction episode for Makoto 25 he made comments about her and was worried that Usagi is talking to her.

All the girls interacted with Umino in episode 51. The Cherry Blossom episode.

Oh, yes. It was a great scene.
