It was because the manga chapter was more focused on her as well. But it was well directed. When the Droid attacked her it looked so creepy and just fit the idea. It was great episode. One of many.
Both of her episodes gave me the 90s feel, telling her story from a new angle, faithfully to the source material. Those episodes also looked better then average.

I really like in the manga this plot about Droids replacing human in the past... Too bad they didn't choose this approach in the fillers of SMR. Maybe too creepy but more interesting than "the opening a new shop" fillers-

I disagree. This is a bishoujo title and it is aesthetic for limbs to be long. I love the bishoujo elongated look. This is not supposed to be realistic. I find her shots to be pretty good actually, with the expection of the frames that she is full body straight to the camera, looking a bit flat. It is for a second though. And the water could have been more water-ike.

The advantage with the adaptation of arc 5, we will see Sailor Chaos, the sharper, more precise form, what she will look like in the flashback.

Unless they adapt things from the Artbook material.
Sailor Chaos = Sailor Galaxia

I'm pretty sure they'll adapt the manga almost 1:1 like they did with the dream arc.

Alas, but hey, I hope they will add more things on the future of the family of Usagi for example. We know nothing afterwards, no more info on them.
I would also like something more elaborate for Sailor Chaos / Sailor Comos not just the paper version, it's too shipped.

The bishoujo aesthetics doesn't need an enlogated look, there are many bishoujo characters who doesn't have this (as you can see in many bishoujo games). The enlogated look is associated with the bishounen aesthetics.

That said, Naoko likely choose an enlogated look, because it gives an elegance "vibes" to the characters.

I don't know how involved is Naoko in Sailor Moon musicals, but the latest Stars Musical explained who is Sailor Cosmos and how she is related to Sailor Moon.

However, I really doubt they would add this in Stars arc.

That was discarded by Naoko midway in penning Stars, so I doubt she will add it in, what is likely that we will see are those parts of the artbook that does not contradict the manga canon, the wrist ribons are added, I think we might see the Starlights wearing their casual female outfits.

They said what in the musical ? Not having seen.

It's a shame if she doesn't change her mind. Because it was way more interesting than his thing in the manga.

Sailor Cosmos mentioned that she is a future reincarnation of Sailor Moon (in an even more distant future than Crystal Tokyo).

Sailor Cosmos implied that there were several reincarnations between Sailor Moon and her. So, she wouldn't be Sailor Moon next life.
Ah yes indeed, but deep down, it remains the essence of Usagi? The Usagi we know, or this Usagi, has disappeared for good?

It is similar to the manga.

Sailor Cosmos acknowledges the connection, but talks about Usagi/Sailor Moon as her own person (whose courage inspired her at the end).

That said, Mamoru's last words in the musical (same words as in the manga) implied Usagi's essence will remain.

Phew, then. It would have bothered me a bit if Cosmos wasn't the Usagi we know but a brand new Usagi.
Thank you for these explanations. :)

Or rather Cosmos is a split aspect of NQS, similar to Pluto who is guarding the time-space gate.
