I'm starting to think that the Dark Kingdom arc is going to last the entire 50-52 acts. With the whole awakening as senshi thing, Dark Ami, Mamoru/Usagi/Hina triangle, Moon Kingdom revelation, Princess Awakening, new Sailor Senshi, Minako's illness, Shitenou figuring out they've been had, and the fall of the Dark Kingdom, I think this story has enough to last up to October and still be interesting. :)

(Sorry for the extra-long sentience, I just thought my point was more effective that way.)

I think you're probably right. After all, the first season of the anime was 45 episodes. I was kinda hoping that this one would go a little faster, 'cause I want to see how all the anime/manga plot elements translate into live-action, but at least they're doing it without a lot of boring filler episodes. Even the episodes that are "filler" are interesting, so I'm happy so far. I do want to see if Chibiusa in the live-action won't make me want to throttle her, like the anime version did. But I'll live.

Whoops... You were off by one there, KnM. The first animé series had 46 episodes.

The anime has 200 episodes, and 5 seasons. By episode 4, PGSM was already at the poitn where the naime was at episode 22. PGSM's pace is a lot quicker then BSSM's pace. BSSM is my favorite though.

Personally I think they sorta spead through introducing the senshi quicker than the anime so that they could get all the major players involved early enough to get on with new stoylines that make up the bulk of PGSM.
