OMG! Gorgeous! This has got to be the most satisfying episode thus far! I am in awe and I so much thanks to all the genius writers behind this episode!

Yay for Princess Serenity and her unfortunate-looking dress!
Yay for Venus and the weight of pretending to be the princess being lifted off her shoulders!

During the shot where Venus' crescent mark was changing into her tiara, is it just me or did she look kinda out of it? Like she was high or something?

Ooh, and the way that they have the Luna/Artemis plushies skittering across the floor reminds me of Gumby or something! It takes away from the show! Why can't they just CGI them?

Other than that and the Mars' henshin phrase (which I had to go back and watch, then ROTFL), I have absolutely no complaints.

Next Saturday is seeming worlds away!

Maybe she just had to stay still for that particular clip to make it easier on the CG people? :P

I think my only dissapointment in this episode was the dress. Those fake flowers looked like they were going to try to jump up and eat her face. It's not a Quince party! She's an elegant princess. *pouts*
When Venus knelt and said "Princess Serenity" it freaked me out a little bit, like it wasn't her own voice. I like the revelation regardless. She makes a very pretty princess even without classic odangos and the traditional princess dress.

I really can't wait to find out the story behind the generals. They all seem to be having so much trouble interacting with each other, like they used to be able to work well together but now they just can't figure it out in their reincarnations. Mercury seems to have been pulled into the weirdness as well. Her thing with Nephlite had me wondering really hard about what sort of people they used to be before.

I thought she was actually staring upwards at the jewel and the new tiara appearing?

Cuz they spent all their budget on the Princess and Silver Crystal effect, that's why! And I guess it takes a lot of time to do all the CGIs. Given the heavy effect in this episode, they were probably pressed for time to animate the cats.

Venus looked like she was watching the Princess, to me, albeit with a vague "I'm holding very very still for the effects shot" look on her face.

If killbill2.net holds any weight...

"She may be young, but what she lacks in age, she makes up for in madness"

...then I'd say Ami is Yubari. Definitely young...and, in this episode, definitely mad...at Kunzite :)

I believe she was looking up at her tiara being formed just like genkib said. Because in the next shot, you see her eyes going down straight to Sailormoon.

I thought Venus was looking up at her tiara (which is pointless, since I don't know how she'd be able to see her forehead), but I also thought she looked out of it. Not because she was looking up. Maybe it's her illness?

I have been wondering about this ever since I watched act 25. Here, Motoki said that Hina wanted to hold the engagement party. Does that mean that Hina want to postpone the party or to have it in place of the farewell party that they were going to have in the Crown Arcade?

Does anyone know what that means?

Probably both at the same time...cuz although she said she wants the engagement party, the banner in the room she was in said "Mamoru & Hina farewell party"...so like a big announcement at the party type of thing.
