Sailor Moon is an enduring classic, and like so many other enduring classics, I'm sure it will continue to get new adaptations over the years. I think a new anime is a distinct possibility, but not for at least another 10 years after Crystal/Eternal finally wraps up, and ideally by a different studio though we may have to just accept Toei will always been involved. I also think there's a 50:50 chance of the next anime adaptation being a CG animated series.
I see that too.I see after Crystal 15 years we probably get a new anime adaption.

I don‘t think we have to wait for another adaptation of the manga when there is plenty of possibilities to make movies and specials and ovas and spin-offs etc...

I agree with this sentiment in general, largely because it seems clear Takeuchi has no desire to either expand the series or to give the reins to someone who will expand it. Crystal was a chance to expand the series beyond the old anime, but in that sense it failed so far.
What's sad is this franchise could have gotten more life if it had been willing to change. Time has marched on to the point where a lot of the elements defended as being progressive or revolutionary are downright problematic or outdated, while some of the themes of identity were never fully explored. With a similar universe but a new storyline, there would be potential for a new series that would marry the characterization of the old anime with elements of the manga and other continuities, but that would require work.
Sailor Moon could be an enduring classic, but the franchise is literally stuck in the 1990s. It's a sad state of affairs when Scooby Doo of all things managed to update with the times much more easily than Sailor Moon has.
I'm not sure what the deal between Sailor Moon as a property and Toei is, but I don't see any other studio entering the picture at this point.
The reason why I don't think there will be a new anime is because there is no new material. Once Crystal is done, there will be a relatively manga faithful adaptation. The old iconic anime will also exist. There won't be any need to retell the story.
I'll admit I'd love a 3D series with a new storyline, but I don't hold much hope because a 3D series would require redesigns of the characters, and there is no way Takeuchi will ever sign off on that.

Disney's Star Wars movies, while looking better visually, are basically recycling & repeating the old themes & plot devices of Lucas' previous ones - I wouldn't like Sailor Moon to go that route.

I think so....and it's very regretable considering how bad Crystal was.
I would like if they continued the 90's anime where it ended and the outers got more screen time and character development and if they adressed unanswered questions and inconsistencies (this is what they should have done actually instead of Crystal). A short Sailor Quartet spin-off would be great too since they are really kool characters and, you know, they're senshi too.

Then you'll probably dislike The Rise of Skywalker. I just saw it today, and it is the complete opposite of The Last Jedi in tone alone, and lacking in story. It's not even like The Force Awakens, which while flawed, did tell an actual story. It's like Avengers: Endgame-level fanservice, but gone horribly wrong.
I'm biased because I loved The Last Jedi and I see where a lot of the plot (although not all, there are some holes) "problems" people have with the film are due to not understanding why the characters acted the way they did. In the Rise of Skywalker, at not one point I understand why any character did any action. Like...why?
It looks cool, at least, but if you even try to follow the narrative and try to accept it, it falls apart.

I couldn't see a CG anime series working unless it was maybe Studio Orange (who's doing BEASTARS currently), whatever studio's doing that CG Lupin III movie, or whoever did the 4D rides.
Toei may do the same thing, have another studio to collab with whilst they distribute it. But I still have a fear that the Eternal films will just be obsessed with being a shot by shot/scene by scene copy of the manga the majority of the time without bothering to fix the flaws of or improve the manga and instead in cases, making it worse (the Inners being treated like dirt in Crystal), one of the biggest problems with Crystal overall.

Does there necessarily need to be new material though? Plenty of franchises get revived constantly without the basic premise changing. Look at Cutie Honey which... while I'll admit the plot varies wildly between incarnations... generally still has the same story beats from the original manga.
I know that people see Naoko as an obstacle, but there's no reason to think that she's against having multiple adaptations of her work. It's probably in her best interest to keep the franchise alive ten, twenty, thirty years down the line.
