Animated "Another Story" adaptation

I've heard a good number of people want an animated adaptation of the Super Famicon game "Sailor Moon Another story" How exactly would you go about making one. Would you change anything? Would it be a 1:1 adaptation. I personally feel like a good game adaptation would make people want to play said game.

I've heard a few say it could be done like a season of the anime. I feel like it would be interesting if it was done like the Sega Saturn game: "Sailor Moon SuperS: Various Emotions." Where there are animated cutscenes between certain gameplays.

Except since "Another Story" is an RPG maybe there could be several animated clips for certain parts of the game. That way we could still see it animated while not giving away too much of what happens in the game, making people more interested and want to play it. Like several animated teasers that cover parts of the story

How would you adapt "Another story"?

I’d rather have Another Story 2 or a remake in 2.5D.

But it could definitely work as a mini-series. I like the concept of bringing all arcs together and create something new out of it.

Totally, it has great plot and fits the old anime well.

It would also be nice to get a remake on PC or NS.

The overall plot was good. Just need some minor changes:

Add the ending of the Black Moon sisters, let them go back to their happy life.
Apsu needs a better power source to reach her final form, better than just fuse with Sin.
The Chibiusa ending could be used on her relationship.
More background of Apsu.
Crystal Tokyo fight could use some other villains instead of Witches Five since I don't think they fit too well, especially after we took care of their bosses so early.

Idk about multiple seasons but one season with up to 25 episodes should be enough for me

Queen B's return should take no more than 5 episodes to get to Super Beryl and before her defeat.

The part where the inner Senshi go on individual missions should be no longer than 2 episodes per Senshi. Since this was an RPG I can understand the attack structure but for the anime. Mercury Aqua Mirage, Mars Snake Fire, Jupiter Coconut Cyclone, and Venus Wink Chain sword should all be power ups they gain during these specific episodes by the final episode before they retrieve the stones.

The Opposite Senshi (who to me are self appointed Animates like the ones in Sailor Stars) should be completely removed and saved for the movie that will follow the series and they would have an army of the droids (from the manga) like Fiore had the Kisenian Flowers at his disposal.

I expect a similar fight as in the R movie where the Senshi defeated hordes or them (perhaps the best representation of their power scale) and a final showdown with the Inners vs the Opposite Senshi. Depending on the theme of the series at this point the Opposite Senshi can be turned into good characters or outright destroyed. I'd much prefer the healing part as they may be able to return later in another (possible) series and aid the Senshi in another battle.

Toei is completely crazy for not utilizing the Opposite Senshi in the anime unless they were allowed to at that point.

The Opposite Senshi (who to me are self appointed Animates like the ones in Sailor Stars) should be completely removed and saved for the movie that will follow the series and they would have an army of the droids (from the manga) like Fiore had the Kisenian Flowers at his disposal.

It would be much better to use a series to introduce 5 villains, instead of one movie. Otherwise we would not have enough time to show their character.

I think rather than directly adapting Sailor Moon Another Story, I think it would be cool if they created an anime series or movie sequel to Sailor Moon Cosmos that canonizes the Oppositio Senshi within the manga's continuity.

It'd follow the basic premise of the RPG, but maybe do a lot more new things to tell a new story. For example, I'd like to see more of the older villains have more interesting team-ups. Imagine Black Lady and Mistress 9 working together? I think there's a lot of potential there.

for example if it's crystal then it has to reflect that meaning no Ryo cameos and the like

but if you do say 90s anime then it stays closer to how it was in the game with little changes

Looking through different music for different games show that some of the tracks that appear in Another Story are arranged but in different soundtracks. Like this appears to be the song that plays when Ami goes to meet Ryo [and probably various other places in the game when you're walking around town]
