I don't like the character design of season 3. Too childish, weird head-shapes, weird skirts and bubbly hair. There are some episodes where it looks fine though. I thought Yukie Sako's character design was sometimes a bit "ugly" and weird, but I can say the same about Naoko's character design. I kinda like that. Unfortunately the animation and frame compositions of season 1+2 were terribly done. I think I've never seen such a badly made anime. It's a tragedy!

I personally disliked season 1 and 2(mid) because transformation style looks horrible, and they didn't even changed transformation. And also the expression and body style was terrible. However Black Lady seemed really nicer, which is good.
Season 3 seemed quite better for me because it actually looks like 90's anime and manga style combined together. And the transformation and attacks had changed and its awesome
