Minako is really Usagi's long lost sister, that's why they look so alike. But everyone tries to cover it up by saying Minako had her own manga called Sailor V. But Sailor V was really a Sailor Moon dojinshi. Don't listen to whatever everyone else says! It's a lie I tell you! A lie!

Luna and Nehellenia are actually sisters (just compare their hair and eyes), and they're both Princess Serenity's cousins. Back in Silver Millennium, both were jealous of Serenity's silvery blonde hair, and planned to cut her hair to make wigs for themselves, but were caught before they could do it and Luna was transformed into a cat while Nehellenia was banished into her own little world.
Sailor Cosmos is actually Artemis in his human form. He's always had a thing for cross-dressing.
