Mamoru, Seiya and Demande aren’t her only options you know. There’s Rei and Ail in the 90’s anime, and Haruka (if you don’t mind splitting up HaruMichi or want her to join a poly relationship) and possibly Mina in the Manga.

All of which I would say are much healthier alternatives than the 3 you mentioned. (Seiya’s fine in the Manga too actually, it’s only their 90’s anime self that’s an ass)

They’re about as canon as Seiya and Demande are, because the only truly canon ship in which Usagi fully reciprocates her suitor’s affections is Mamoru. They’re all one-sided so if you include some you might as well include all her options.
