Pretty to the point...do you think Chibiusa/Rini overstayed her welcome? Should she have been a 1 season (2 season tops) character? Guest star here and there?

With the series already heavily focused on Sailor Moon, bringing her offspring in to "train" with the team after the Black Moon arc was just to much for me. It just took away further screentime/page time from the Inners. IF she had to come back to train, I would've preferred that she had done it in Super and then be done with it or skip Super and come back in SuperS so we could at least have some time off from the character.

Personally, I love the kid, buuuuuut, it'd have been nice to have seen more development of Usagi and Mamoru's relationship without the faux parenting thing and of course more focus on the other Senshi.

In the manga, no. I felt she added to the story and actually was really cool by the end of Stars. In the original anime? Absolutely. Adding her was like adding Dawn to Buffy. I dunno if they were trying to appeal to lil kids more or what but the constant bickering between the two was just obnoxious.
