Do we still know who the hell voiced Queen Nehelenia? Most sources still say it was Lisa DalBello, and I don't think it's been definitively confirmed that it wasn't her...

She confirmed it, but it’s entirely possible she was confused and just remembered doing voice work for Sailor Moon.

I sent the clips of Sovereign and Maya to Tracey Hoyt. She said Julie Lemieux is definitely the Sovereign, and also "Animal Instinct" (in disguise mode anyway), and she said Maya sounds like Jill Frappier without her British style accent. I will try to confirm these with those actors as soon as possible, but this could mean Julie might be the Veterinarian character and also Telulu's main voice.

I found two voice comparison videos who put the wrong information about Mistress 9's voice actress from the Optimum dub and some people actually believe that Susan Aceron or Jennifer Gould actually did the voice of Mistress 9. Hopefully someone can contract some of the Optimum dub voice actresses and confirm who the actual voice actress for Mistress 9 in the Optimum dub is before people keep putting the wrong information.

Yeah that's true, but it looks like some people didn't understand that and that they want to put the wrong information too. It would be amazing if someone could contact Jennifer Gould or any of the other people who worked on the Optimum dub to get the real information about Mistress 9's Optimum dub voice actress so that people could stop putting the name of the wrong voice actress.

Jennifer is quite a personal person, so I have yet to get in touch with her. A lot of people just tried to connect anyone from the end credits list to a character, even though they were completely wrong. Sadly, half of the cast was never credited for their role.

Oh okay and that is sad that not a lot of the voice actors and actresses were credited for the roles they did. Their names should have been added to the credits or at least they should be able to use pseudonym names if they don't want to use their real names.

Oh okay that makes sense and that's the reason why some of the voice actors and actresses are not credited for their roles in the 90s dub.

I don't know if this answer would be correct, but I was thinking that maybe Sabrina Grdevich the lady who did the voice of An, Unazuki/Elizabeth (Lizzy), and Sailor Pluto might have voiced Mistress 9 for the 90s dub. Mistress 9 does kinda sound like her and everyone knows for sure that none of the actresses who voiced the Inner Sailor Guardians/Scouts voiced Mistress 9.
