Not only is there a PC Engine game- which, unfortunately game-design-wise, is basically a visual novel (with five viewpoints on the main story, depending on the character selected) plus a few minigames- but it's almost like some list fourth (or rather,
first) movie of the '90s anime. Although some of the dialogue is just text, most of it is spoken, and it features the full voice cast of Usagi and friends (and Mamoru and the cats),
plus Naru, Umino, the Shitennou, and Beryl- all prominently featured in the plot! and even the freakin' D.D. Girls from episode 45 (plus a new villain who is, weirdly, called 'Past Wiseman'). It's probably not fully "canon", but it's meant to take place in between the Makaiju arc and the Black Moon arc, and involves the plot point from the manga about the Shitennou being Endymion's team in the distant past. It also brings back the plot device of the Kurozuishou (the black crystal Nephrite made/obtained, which was stolen by Zoisite). It toys with that past life relationships thing, though it doesn't take that very far and it feels to me more like it's a passing of the torch from the old fallen team rather than a romance thing, which is kinda neat.
The fullest translation I've seen so far (although it's a little mangled-sounding, and they click through the text extremely slowly) is here (oh, make sure to turn on Closed Captioning to see the subtitles):

BGM-wise, the PC Engine game is a mixed bag. The composition is all fine, but most of the BGM is very electronic and low-fidelity sounding, and in some songs that becomes grating to listen to. Other times it's pretty catchy. The transformation sequences get their own decent little tunes too, which have fancier audio quality. But the the intro and ending songs are simply fantastic. (Also, there are full-length versions of them not played during the game, which were
linked by SailorSugaBabe back on page 1)
Another Story has a lot of neat music! I love the way it captures the style of various Arisawa Takanori musical cues, yet puts it's own new spin on them, creating new songs which evoke the earlier ones. Also, Another Story and the PC Engine Game are both intriguing tie-in stories, definitely the two videogames with the most story that I know of.
