Eh, well if you need Galaxia images you can go to my site, I have every manga image of her scanned, and will be updating with about 800 anime images (Screen caps made myself. ^^)

How's that possible? For me, it works up to a point, but after you download eight images, Bam! There's the "blocked" message, and you end up having to wait 24 hours before you can get any more images, unless you fork over the bucks! But of course, the button on that block page which is supposed to allow you to join the site doesn't work, and the block page appears when you attempt to access any page, even the home page, where there's another join link, so you're stuck... 
I'll continue my Google search for a better site...
