infact the main three of that series could be Minako, Usagi, Ami
If you ignore the entire Sailor Senshi aspect of their characters, you could put them anywhere. They'd fit better in series with a large cast or with a substantial female cast, but you just have to make sure they wouldn't be redundant.
I could see them on Bleach, with Setsuna as a Shinigami.
You could swap Usagi and the Inner Senshi for the girls in Azumanga Daioh, and throw in Haruna-sensei to exchange for Yukari-sensei.

The girls could do very well in the Fairy Tail Universe. 
<-> Wendy -> Healing Powers
<-> Grey/Juvia -> Water/Ice Powers (Also her shared Interest in books with Levy. And take an educated guess which hair colour the latter has.)
<-> Natsu -> Fire Powers (And both have an appropriately hot, fiery temper)
<-> Laxus -> Two Lightning Bruisers who aren't above picking Random Fights 
<-> Gajeel -> Physical Prowess (this may apply to , too)
<-> Lucy -> Their Interest in Fashion & Femininity (Might also overlap with the Edolas Version of Cana)

I can see Rei in the Fushigi Yuugi series as the Priestess of Suzaku and having Tamahome as her boyfriend, plus she would be a very awesome main character as well.

Cosmos would fit perfectly in the Madoka universe, she and Godoka would go at it trying to find the best solution in preventing Chaos/Entropy
Chibi-Usa and Hotaru would also work really well in Madoka as their relationship is similiar to Madoka’s relationship with Homura and they can help console the two and bring them further together.
Rei would work really well in Inuyasha, she could be like Kagome’s cousin or something and Kagome could go to her for advice to improve her archery and Miko skills.
They would all fit well into the Please Save My Earth universe as they can commiserate with Alice and the gang over being the reincarnations of aliens.
It would be interesting to see PGSM Minako, Mamoru and Hotaru interacting with Shigure in the Fruits Basket universe (Manga & 2019 anime only - 01 anime is a completely different series) since in my opinion they all have similar identity issues. Shigure and Mamoru in particular would relate to being the victims of a destined “Miracle Romance” and could trade stories on that front. “You met your girlfriend through a dream that you felt drawn and bound to for all eternity due to an ancient curse?” “Oh yeah, well I also had a premonition dream foretelling the arrival of my girlfriend in this life who happens to be the reincarnation of my girlfriend in the past who I’m always destined to be drawn to because we’re the future rulers of this planet and Earth & Moon royalty, beat THAT!”
90’s anime Hotaru would also relate a lot to Akito I feel over the fact that they both had a father who they loved who wanted the best for them but didn’t exactly make the best decisions. Also both are the target of an evil (step)mother figure so they could also trade stories on that front.
…In fact, something tells me Manga/Crystal Usagi should also come into the Fruits Basket universe, she could give Ren the lecture she most desperately needs in how to get over jealousy of one’s own daughter. Not sure it’ll be enough to work, but she could at least try since she’s the only one that’s been in a similar situation.

Sailor Moon is like Bleach minus the Sailor Crystal thing, they would indeed fit there.

A few animes Minako could work well:
- Any anime on volleyball (that's where much of her character comes from, after all).
- Gals! would be her natural environment.
- History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi!, due the sheer weirdness of the characters, her practicing Savate, and a recurring character actually being a Savate master
- Ranma 1/2: same as above, aside for the Savate master.
I am absolutely convinced that Rei is Shirase's cousin in "A Place Further Than The Universe."
