is Venus awake?

Anyway to the thread: I don't think Venus is holding the silver crystal in her head. However, it is still a possibility but but highly unlikely. If she has any crystal in her, it would be her sailor crystal (purely based on information from the manga). But we never know because this is a new version of the story. I think it'd be a lot more interesting if say the Deep Aqua Mirror popped out from her head... o.O

So, I guess the general consensus from people is Venus is fully awake both memories of the past and her powers. Great.

About her illness, I was kind of hoping for Moon's power out burst to somehow heal it (even just a little) back in act 22. But that obviously didn't happened.

And about the term awakening. Technically there's too much of it going around. What I mean is: for example Minako is just regular Minako then one day a cat tells her she is to be a sailor warrior. Then she awakens as Sailor V. Then later on she awakens her memories of her past life. Then she awakens as Sailor Venus. There should just be a one time awakening. Like once you receive the ability to be a sailor you automatically remember your past life and what not. (but then again that makes for a dull plot and story.)

This is kinda off topic, but I think Venus' beam attack is actullay "Rolling heart vibration". Because...

1. She would have said a name for it if it was Crescent beam
2. DJmoon
3. When she makes the peace sign a blows a kiss into it and the shoots it with the peace sign instead of her index finger, which she does quite often.
4. In act 18? she shoot several of them one after another and he hand was in the index finger position.

I think we have yet to see the fully awakened Venus. She's fairly powerful and seems to know a lot more about what going on than the other senshi, but her knowledge is easily attributed to the presence of Artemis as much as her own memory. She was Sailor-V, but that identity has been abandoned for the one of Sailor Venus, which I'm sure she didn't take up until after Sailor Moon showed. Anyway, the Moon and Mars have acheived their stonger selves by finding a sense of balance and need within themselves. Minako clearly has the drive, but certainly not the balance (from what I've seen so far). I'm sure she'll come into her power soon, and there will be lots of oohs and aahs, but I haven't been impressed by the bossy fainting wonder yet.

1. Rolling Heart Vibration is a heart that spins toward the target (at least in the manga). NOT a beam. I know she doesn't say "Crescent Beam" on PGSM, but I think it is pretty much implied that it is Crescent Beam...

3. She doesn't make the peace sign. She does something similar to the Karana Mudra (Buddhism reference) hand gesture (at least that is my opinion.) Stick your pinkie finger and index finger out... It's similiar to the "horned" or "rock on" hand sign. Venus does that gesture then blows a kiss on them. Then she pushes her hand forward. Many of the times I've seen her do this attack her finger positions as the attack has been released is in the "I love you" hand gesture. BUT she is not consistent with the positions of her fingers. If you watch older acts her finger positions differ, but the starting of the attack is somewhat the same.

4. She shot two beams in act 18. I thought of that as "Crescent Beam Shower." But that's just me...

I'm sure she'll come into her power soon, and there will be lots of oohs and aahs, but I haven't been impressed by the bossy fainting wonder yet.

Yup it just says that ローリングハート・バイブレーション　RHV is one of Venus' attacks. Perhaps since it's after ヴィーナス・ラブミーチェーン　VLMC this suggest it will be her next attack on the show (like in the manga). Nifty.

No it is NOT... (O_o)V It's just a beam that is similiar to crescent beam. Venus Love and Beauty Shock is way in the future to where PGSM is at the moment. If they ever get to that stage (dream arc), I hope they stick with the manga version of the attack not the anime version when making it.

Sakuya, I agree with you about RHV. Also, I'd like to add that I think Minako is lacking something just like Rei was in act 23. Rei was lacking in trust towards her allies... Minako may have already fully realized her soldier power and past (making her technically awake) but she is lacking as a soldier in some other ways. She lacks actual leadership skills and communication. I think she needs to stop spoon feeding and leading on the other soldiers. She should tell them the cold hard truth and not lie to them, so they can all do their mission TOGETHER not as seperated soldiers.

I dont think that attack will get a name at all in the series. It has not been given a name yet so why would it. I think they are just going to come out with new attacks and forget the old ones.

Well as for venous awakning. I don't know if she is up to full power statous, but she does know a whole lot more then the others do. and I think her ilness is getting worse and affeting her, that is why she is trying to hurry the other senshi along, so that she wouldn't have to act as princess. I think she wants it all to end, cause she has like half a year to live.
