Looking for a specific fanartist

I have some pictures I saved a long time ago, but I can't find a lot of them online anymore, and the artist seems to have disappeared. Unfortunately their signature isn't on anything... I think they used to be on deviantart or sheezyart. They have a pretty distinctive style. Anyone know their name, or if they have a site?

I know the fanartist you mentioned Fokkusu he is Ranbowmoon. He was on a website called animexx a German language website. He created some truly beautiful and cool characters.

Sailor Butterfly is the Senshi of the Planet Butterfly. As her name might suggest, she carries two Butterfly wings on her back, shimmering in radiant White. She was the last of the Anima Mates who resisted Galaxia until her Star Seed was taken, too. It was later given to Heavymetal Papillon, a Soul Hunter. When Sailor Moon defeated Chaos, Butterfly got reborn und since then, she fights alongside Papillon against Evil.
Her weapon is a giant fan in the shape of a Butterfly which helps her to summon her Attack "BUTTERFLY SOUL BINDER!".

Thanks! I suspected she was supposed to be the same character as Sailor Cocoon, which the artist might not have known about since the planet Cocoon was only mentioned in the Materials Collection.
