Madman Sailor Stars Part 2 which was supposed to be released in March 2020 was available for preorder in early Jan but mysteriously disappeared from their website. I asked them about this and it turns out the release date has been pushed back.

Thank you for contacting Madman Entertainment.

Unfortunately we have had to push the release date for Sailor Moon Sailor Starts Part 2 back, and are currently waiting to confirm a new release date.

We hope to have more news on a new release date soon.

I'm sure Madman won't mind me posting this here. I'll be buying the BluRay when it's released.

Also lots of older Sailor Moon releases on sale there atm:

Also, for all you Sydney based Moonies I highly recommend joining Ku-ring-gai Library. Just don't scratch those disks or in the name of the moon I will punish you!

There's still no update on this either. When I emailed them, their customer service team member said "The licencor has asked us to push back the release, and we are waiting to hear news on a new release date" and that was in February. Maybe Toei didn't want the release to interfere with their news on the Sailor Moon on Ice or other NA 25th anniversary announcements?

Sydney 2020 - Madman Anime Festival
Today I attended the Madman/AnimeLab Anime Festival in Sydney, nothing much on Sailor Moon and some of their special guests (most of them voice actors) who were going to come from Japan had to cancel. I enjoyed watching "Violet Evergarden: Eternity" which I missed when it was only on at the cinemas here for a short time. By the end I had tears dripping down my face, though after the infamous tear-jerking episode 10 from the series I should have known what I might be in for. The live performers were fun and I especially enjoyed seeing Arisa Uki and AGS102. At Madman's stands I found this suspicious character with green hair and all the proper tags one might expect. How that marine hair can be legit continues to baffle me (Sailor Moon - Sailor Mercury 8 Plush - Merchandise - Accessories). They had a manga bookstore which was fairly well stocked with English-translated Sailor Moon manga. I didn't bother going looking for Stars Part 2 in their DVD section because I knew how that would end. I did however get this cute tote bag and badges which I put on it from some independent sellers.

In my mind Ami's hair was always blue, maybe with a little green, but upon re-watch I note that it has a lot more green than I originally thought. I think somehow because all her attacks use blue and her suit is light blue I just believed (or wanted to believe??) that her hair was a deeper blue.

I guess the plush bothered me because the hair does have more green than blue, but when I checked the RGB values (much technical, so surprise, very wow... or just another excuse to take photo of much loved merch?) it was only 1% more green than blue, but I guess that was enough to bother me. I've adjusted my head-cannon on this and now believe (or should believe?) Ami's hair is aqua/cyan not blue.
