I guess it means SOMEHOW Motoki took the crystal from Usagi and then Minako SOMEHOW took it away. :googly::googly::googly: Naoko probably forgot to include the scene where Motoki actually gets the crystal

Then when does Venus take it? Like, yeah, it could be Usagi, but it could be Minako too. It's impossible to tell if that hair is loose or a pigtail. The two of them look too much alike but it seems more likely that that's Minako. Either way, Minako gets hold of the crystal at some point, and the lack of clarity as to when or even why in and of itself constitutes an error.

I'm not sure either, I just remembered how the Makoto kick in the scene was given to Rei... know Rei was the most neglected in Crystal, but then Minako has been robbed out of so much stuff,,,

Yeah, Crystal had Rei be the one to kick Makoto, which kind of makes more sense to me. They also showed Rei and Ami transform and at least clearly included them throughout the rest of the episode, even if they got knocked out, whereas they are just inexplicably missing except for one panel of Mercury in the manga. Also, in Crystal they showed Motoki ripping the pendant off Usagi's neck and then Venus using her chain to snatch it back, so at least that made the sequence of events clear. Gotta give Crystal some points for that.

Anyway, another (continuity) error in the manga: During the Dream arc, when the girls get their Sailor Crystals, they're all clearly heart-shaped:

But during Stars when Galaxia and the Animamates take the girls' Sailor Crystals, they're diamond-shaped:

Why the change of shape?

Technically not an art error since it's clearly intentional, but I just don't understand why Usagi's hair AND outfit change color in the pre-title page of Act 10:

There's a bit of a continuity error in the "Secret of Hammer Price Hall" side story. When Naruru and Ruruna begin using all their strange slang, Hotaru wonders if they're saying "Black Moon attacks." She wasn't around in the Black Moon Clan arc, so that's a bizarre thing for her to think. Naoko probably meant Dead Moon, not Black Moon.

From The Lover of Snow Princess Kaguya:

Himeko's leg looks deformed:

Ami's bangs don't look right to me. If it weren't for her glasses and context clues, I'd have guessed this was Rei:

I thought Ami-chan was Rei-chan in that last one.

Again, this isn't really an error, but I just don't understand what the point is of Usagi de-transforming before accepting the Moon Stick from Luna:

Later on in Act 6, we see Mamoru come across Usagi's passed out body in the middle of the street. When Usagi regains consciousness, she's still in the middle of the street, but now Mamoru is Tuxedo Mask. When and why did he change? (Remember that at this point in the story, he still has to physically put on his Tuxedo Mask disguise; he can't magically transform yet.)

^ The furigana is the same, tho - it's only its kanji rendition being different. Still an error in Act 5 anyway, even tho the way it's spoken is the same in both Acts. :)
