My thoughts exactly... which is why I'm seriously doubting the legitimacy of that FB page. If they send me an email with an attached mod "contract," I'm not opening it. Too fishy; better play it safe.

An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is a legally binding contract...in most cases anyway. For it to have weight, the person signing must surrender their information, like real name, address etc. In the gaming world, its frequently used for alpha/beta testers to keep them from leaking screenshots/video of the game that has yet to be released to the public

In other media, such as the Harry Potter releases for example, editors, and anyone involved with publishing the books sign NDA's to keep from disclosing details of the plot and other such things.

The terms of what could happen if you violate such a contract varies by what's written in the contract itself. For the bigger things like Harry Potter, Twilight movies, even the new Sailor Moon anime, if someone breaches the NDA it coudl very well lead to serious legal consequences.

Which kinda strikes me as odd with this SabanMoon thing....other than creative content over the cels and new designs that were actually produced...what legal grounds could they hold over someone on a property they don't have the rights to use in the first place? (Sailor Moon franchise). This facebook page sounds more like a fanpage with a highly inflated ego, even if they do have connections to ToonMakers. ^_^'

That's why I started asking questions. Something about that Facebook group is a little suspect. I've joined just to keep an eye on things.

HEY GUYS. I have a (horrible, non-PC, not-serious) theory on why Merc is in a wheelchair.

You know how there's less gravity on planet Mercury? Maybe her legs aren't strong enough for Earth gravity. Maybe ALL Mercurians have to sit in wheelchairs on Earth.

lol, like I said, I'm totally not being serious. :lol: Also, I don't think they were reborn on Earth in this version... I think they went to Earth in another dimension, as the script suggests.

the real reason they wanted to be PC and have a girl in a wheelchair for the girls watching show that have a disability so they can see that even someone in a wheelchair can be a superhero

No, no, you can't have the MAIN CHARACTER have disabilities or be a minority! Then you're making a show for THOSE people. Children only identify with white, able-bodied heroes! Especially men!*

* This is what the Entertainment Industry actually believes. No matter how stupid it sounds.

Eh, I don't care for Glee simply because the characters all come off as annoying, obnoxious stereotypes to me. ^_^' Kurt bugs the hell outta me... why did their token gay guy have to be a super-feminine, obnoxious fashionista stereotype who whines about bullying while engaging in girl-on-girl-style bullying himself? :dead:

A bunch of 19.99 auctions from kittyandcharlie just ended; probably no one bid because the seller never uploaded the individual pictures. I had asked why all the auctions had the same photo, and he said he hadn't uploaded the real ones yet. I wondered why he never did... so I asked. P-:
