Based on this image, I'd say that yes, the monster is Morga, only they've spelled her name "Moluga."
That's probably due to the Japanese romanization of "Morga," i.e. "Moruga," but then they either wanna make the Japanese romanization look more like English or have forgotten that it's a Japanese romanization instead of an English word (hence mistaking that they've misspelled the supposedly original English "lu" as "ru" as they often do in their Engrish spellings), they change the "ru" to "lu." lol
