Computer animation doesn't work well with anime designs, especially the more stylized ones like Sailor Moon. I suppose this is as good as it gets.

I don't find this appealing. It reminds me of those creepy animegao costumes.

The bottom one is obviously botched looking but I don't think the USJ animation looks bad. I just wish she was S or SuperS or Eternal. R is a little dull.

Not sure if he can sing or not, but if so, he'd be a great Tuxedo Mask in the new musical next year.

As for the USJ show... Based on those clips, the animation looks kind of...video game-y. But I'll wait until I can see the whole thing (hopefully we get bootleg recordings soon) before I make up my mind on it.

Oh...the transformation sequence was soo cool!!

And when the crowd lightening theirs rpg toys to help sailor moon on the screen!!
SOO AWESOME!!

God, this makes Sailor Moon Crystal look so cheap...no offense, I really like it but I wish Toei would have engaged more in the series and had come up with something refreshing, cool and amazing like this.
