I love the detail in Minako's hair. She's wearing the same sunnies from Act.18 too. I would totally buy an art book that collected all the promo art from SMC.

Oh god I hope so. Please. That was what I was speculating also but I really hope that's how it turns out. The sketch is awesome though, and I love how everyone looks so cool and tough and Jadeite looks like a little schoolboy.

Could be. People on Tumblr are claiming that there are new elements in their uniforms in that sketch -- Like the collars are really different, or something... So a lot of people think that Ms. Sakou might have drawn their Crystal Tokyo incarnations. Who knows though.
