Well, in the 90's when I was younger it was the same. Folks coming to school in pajamas, uncombed hair, uncoordinated clothing. The kinda sloppy look was in.

I think the early 19th century and such were a time where everyone dressed with class.

Id actually like to see Sailor Moon in noir type style for fun too.

Anyways, today's fashion really varies but I'd say in my opinion it's a mixture of daring, tacky, and sexy.

Probably the 90s nostalgia still hasn't ended yet (possibly extended by the pandemic in the past couple of years or so?) but the next nostalgia will be the 00s one, as per the two-decade cycle. :)
 
Even though it‘s season 3 design… it looks better and more dynamic then all Eternal artworks together
I somewhat agree even though I dislike some aspects of the S3 design.
