The question is how much will they actually change?

In the Bandai Era the Kaiteban's (Revisions) were interesting as there were changes / tweaks to the story and new songs put in but I'm doubtful that that kind of thing will happen.

Not to mention 2 of the main cast are apparently new entrants to Nogizaka 46 so I question how much stage experience they have...

This is unexpected news, but I absolutely loved the NogiMyu, so I'm here for this. I hope it'll air on TV or be streamed (and eventually put on BD/DVD, of course).

Does any jpop / nogi fans heere have a lowdown on the new cast ? From what I can see they're relatively inexperienced stage wise?

In terms of what do I put down money for to go to Tokyo to see in person either the Akiko Kosaka day 2 concert or the Shojo Kageki Revue Starlight 3rd Live is more interesting.

I guess I'll buy the BD if it comes out (probably will considering its Nogzaka 46...)

Apparently Japanese fans on Twitter are complaining about the news, unhappy because they think the new regular musical was pushed back to next year because of this.

I wish they were doing the Black Moon arc instead, but I'll be fine with their doing the Dark Kingdom story again so long as they do make some changes (like giving Queen Serenity a song and having her be on stage instead of just a pre-recorded video).

I agree - if its treated like the kaitebans of old it might be alright but if its just the same old thing just with different Nogi members that will be disappointing. (The later would suggest a pure punt to the Nogi fans over SM musical fans...)

If her actress did, the musical would become an even way greater hit, since she's the ace of the group. As for those two new Senshi actresses, I know nothing about them - the article linked in the OP says they're "fresh" 4th-generation members of the group, tho.
