Canon-wise, a few, but in terms of writing overall, none of them.
I understand the usual intent behind shippings like these (besides hentai). You want to have the characters in less-confined circumstances than those in which they find themselves in the canon timeline. And that makes sense, since anything could change people's relationship at any time. What if Mina did really look up to Mimete and got so close to her that Mimete didn't reveal herself until it wasn't dangerous to either of them, when she wasn't currently on a Death Busters mission? Then what if Mina revealed herself, and they bonded even more from this exchange? I would never touch it, but it could make for a strong, watchable, plot. Definitely stronger than the one we got.
You can even take cues from official sources. In CWI, Viluy told Ami "I thought we could be friends" when she was:
1. Without any friends besides her nanorobots
2. Already suspectig Ami as Mercury
So, imagine if Ami did try to understand Viluy's cold logic a bit more instead of that
awful dialogue she had in both versions. What if they teamed up for ill, or Ami then persuaded Viluy back, seeing some good in her? To me, the basis of a shipping should be to further develop both characters.
