Sailor Moon WIP

Just something I’m working on at the moment. Definitely NOT finished and still messy but what do you think? It’s inspired by one of my favorite scenes from the SuperS anime. Trying to give it that 90’s cel look.

Shoulder on the left looks off. It might be the biceps looks a little too long as well.

May be that white clothing between the collar and chest ribbon looks a bit too much.

The front forearm looks too long as well. Head looks kind of small too.
