Isn't there a scene like this in one of the super sentai shows based on Power Rangers? I remember the White Tiger (White Ranger in the American version) in the Japanese version he did a lot of pranks. In one of the videos he uses a power to make a sudden draft blow some schoolgirl skirts up to see their panties and they start giggling. It was strange...lol

I was thinking about Secret or Hammer Price Hall earlier, and maybe Naoko was parodying how much older she made Mamoru compared to Usagi? 14 and 17 isn’t the worst thing in the world, but it’s pushing it, and the anime made Mamoru even older. Maybe she was just poking fun at her own series like, “we made Mamoru so old, he could be a pedophile.” But I could be being too generous.

Right! the Quartet, Chibiusa and Hotaru prove that she can draw children, grown women and shorter girls with boobs and ass haha.
Though I honestly feel like she drew her characters more mature so that the fashions that she wanted to draw could look good.

Kibaranger....yeah, this was around when he was first introduced in Dairanger.

The pranks didn't last very long since Kou had his own story.....that almost ruined the show for me with how annoyingly bad he got at that point.

In defence of Crystal OST I love this theme

it was unused. This really captures Venus as both goof and powerfu. As far as I know Jupiter theme never got used either... This makes me feel of a very jumpy and powerful yet cute transformation. They axed it as they couln't come up with it. Stil I love the CGI Venus transformation. When I listen at these individual themes I cannot help but feel like the composer got the characters more than the writers. Mars was the only one that got her transformation theme used and it saved act 3 for many people.

I like the song that plays when the Senshi do their speeches. It played when Mercury first appeared. I also like the music before they go to the Moon. It sounds mystical.

I hadn’t listened to this theme. It is pretty good. It is as good as Mars’s transformation theme.

Why didn’t they use it, though??

Why didn’t they give a transformation score for each senshi??

There is no excuse. If they didn’t have time to add the score to the episodes when they aired, they could have added the score to the DVDs and BDs.

Bad management. This is the same people who messed up details in other areas, even iconic dresses and wands, they were all over the place. TBH, they should give the Senshi their own themes in the Eternal movie that they never played in Crystal (Mars only once).

Yasuharu Takanashi did write the transformation themes for all soldiers. However, they couldn't use Jupiter and Venus' because those song were not fit with the footage. Mercury's theme was used once in the chess match with Berthier in act 16.
The song when Mercury, Jupiter and Venus transformed in the anime, in fact, was written for Star Power Make Up.

I find the inner songs, except Mars theme, bland and boring. The melodies repeat in other songs, it‘s very recycled. The Crystal OST has a bunch of great tracks, but many songs are repetitive. Listening to some tracks reminds me of how unbearably annoying Usagi in Crystal s1 sometimes was.

Idefinetly prefer the Crystal/ manga Usagi over the 90s. Sometimes it was downright offensive towards teenage girls.

Considering the current situation and the prognosis of a second wave, I expect most countries to release it a bit later or opt to release it digitally. I am sure Italy, USA and Latin America will recuire it. As far as I know Crystal has been well received in Italy.
