Should the Stars arc be made into 2 movies just like the Dream arc?

Yes. If these were made into films hopefully we'd get fleshed out Animamates backstories and for their original planet's sailors and lore (Mau, Crystal Tokyo). I always envisioned Stars in the manga to have a tournament style feel with crazy battles so we could get some potentially really cool action sequences (Sailors vs Animamates, Kakyuu and ESM versus Phi, Chi, ESM versus all the senshi and Chaos, etc).

No, Crystal needs to be consistent with its inconsistency. We got an ONA for Season 1/2, a TV anime for Season III, and now two movies for Eternal. Stars should be adapted in yet another way. Perhaps VR?

(But seriously, unless they're going to actually flesh out the story, which they absolutely won't, there's no reason to stretch the Stars arc into two films when there's barely enough content for one.)

I think the best thing would be a tv series. Its only 10 chapters.

More like an audio drama. Just think how much they'll save on the animation budget!

I'd say a live-action series, but I know they're not going to give us something we actually want. Seriously though, when will we get another live-action series (or movie)? PGSM was so good! It's a travesty they never adapted the rest of the arcs.

In all seriousness, Stars arc will work better as two movies than probably the Dream arc because the story isn't as episodic. It's pretty much just non-stop action from the first chapter onwards. Plus the fact that the stakes are 10x higher than the rest of the series considering it deals with the fate of the galaxy.

Again, like I've said in the past Crystal would have benefited if Season 1 & 2 were 39 episodes told in three cours (called "Crystal) with another 39 episodes adapting the Infinity and Dream arcs (called "Crisis"), and then ending with the Stars arc adapted as two movies (called "Eternal").

They should do it as a ViewMaster reel. Season 1/2's animation was practically just a slideshow anyway

We'll get another live-action show or movie when Toei acknowledges the first one's existence. In other words: never.

How about a mini-series with 4-5 episodes Toei x Netflix? Would have at least some decent animation.
Netflix anime is usually trashy. At least what I have seen. I mean stuff they are actually backing like the god awful 7Seeds. Shows that are on the platform as exclusive like Violet Evergarden are different thing, but they cannot license it as it currently belongs to ViZ

Yeah. Dream arc is pretty episodic (and this episodes develop the characters), so this arc shouldn't be films.

Stars arc will work better as films, becaue character deaths can be put together, since the manga doesn't really develop the charactes in this chapters.
