I do my best to make sure Wikimoon is as accurate as possible and it's updated almost constantly. If you see errors, please feel free to correct them.
Really? I hadn't noticed... That probably sounds rude though. But thank you for your hard work regardless and I rescind my comments.
Thank you! It isn't as pretty or fancy as I would like, but I want it to be a good source of information. :)

Did Lita and Mina even get surnames? I remember Serena Campbell, Ami Anderson and Raye Hino but I don't recall ever hearing anything for the other two.
I really hate when Dub companies either use their own names or pull names out of a hat to rename the characters. These names sounds more insulting than stock because they don't even have any significance to the characters themselves. I'll give them credit for Serena as Usagi's alternate universe: first name but Campbell? Where did that come from? It sounds a lot like the way 4Kids butched Tokyo Mew mew by naming Ichigo "Zoey Henderson."

As I said, I haven't seen "Campbell" used in any official capacity. If there's no source for it, I'd be willing to call it fanmade.

Though, it was "Zoey Hansen" that 4Kids changed Ichigo to.

I remember I had an old Sailor Moon book (which was really awful by the way) that called him Melvin Grier. Molly's last name was Baker.

But the book used Tsukino for Serena, not this Campbell surname. lol.

I first saw "Campbell" being used for Serena and "Butler" for Melvin on IMDB in the late 90s. Either name was ever used for any official sources that I could find. Molly was given the name "Baker" in the episode "Who is that Masked Man?", but the Mixx novels use "Baker", but called her "Molly Brown" in volume 2. Melvin appears to be named "Melvin Grier" in the same Mixx novels, but never got a family name mentioned in any episode. Mrs. Baker (Molly's mom) having the first name "Susan" was another of those IMDB things I believe.

This reminds me, where did Molly "Baker" come from? Part of me wants to say Mixx but I can't remember.
The tv series dub. Her surname was said multiple times more than any other character. The only (non one off characters) with confirmed dub last names

Molly Baker
Amy Anderson (later Mizuno)
Raye Hino
Serena Tsukino
Hotaru Tomoe
Michelle Kaiou
Amara Tenou
Trista Meiou

Melvin Greer, Andrew Foreman, and Darien Shields came from Mixx.

Technically you could add the entire Tsukino family, as well as Grandpa Hino and Dr. Tomoe. Their homeroom teacher was given the full name "Patricia Haruna".

Meh can we count grandpa hino? Raye’s last name was stated but not his and its implied he’s her maternal grandfather so in the dubverse he could have a different last name.

He's called Grandpa Hino in "The Trouble with Love". Err... I think Mr. Hino? Anyway, his last name is given as Hino in that episode.

Yes, Darien calls him Mr Hino, and he replies with "just call me grandpa"

Baker was only mentioned once in the TV series when she introduced herself to Maxfield Stanton (a.k.a Neflite). In the Mixx novels, they used "Baker" too.
Melvin's family name is Grier in the Mixx novels though. Was it spelled "Greer" in other Mixx publications or what that just a typo?

No it was definitely stated multiple times. Not just the one.
If you can source those other instances that would be great, coz I only recall that one episode.
It was however used in almost every volume of the Mixx novels that included Molly in the story (excluding one of the stories in vol2 where it was "Brown").
