Also.....maybe I'm wrong, (I haven't watched much of the re-dub) but...the way they say "Chibi-Usa" sounds off to me...
I'm honestly convinced that the reason the name sounds off is because of Viz's baffling insistence on spelling the name with a hyphen in the middle of it. Like, "Chibiusa" vs. "Chibi-Usa". One way looks like it would flow more naturally when spoken as one whole word, while the other looks like it demands a bit of stress to emphasize a clear distinction between the two halves of the name. Hence the awkwardness we get from how the name is said at times by the Viz dub actors, all because of that irksome hyphen.

Kodansha USA made a new blog post, talking about this month's title for their 10th Anniversary, which was Sailor Moon. In that, they interviewed Osabu about the franchise. Near the bottom, they unveiled the box art for Part 1 of Sailor Stars BD/DVD set. There's also a giveaway, in which you fill out a survey in order to win the manga + Sailor Stars set. 10 Years of Kodansha Comics—March Spotlight: Sailor Moon (Interview with Sailor Moon Japanese Editor Fumio Osano, "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon" The Super Live, Rightstuf exclusive pins, sweepstakes & MORE) - Kodansha Comics

No further details on it, but this is the first sighting of the set.

I haven't seen the dub of the film, but I just saw the trailer and they didn't even bother covering the song... But this one is related to the plot... This is lazy...
The Pioneer/Optimum dub didn’t cover it either.

The lyrics being translated into English isn’t really necessary or plot important.

This isn’t like having Usagi and Naru throw in the word gomen se in a song they’re otherwise singing in English...

Blu-ray Forum - View Single Post - Viz Licenses Original Sailor Moon Anime Franchise

I just got off a Disney Cruise and Robbie Daymond (Tuxedo Mask) was a special guest for Marvel Day at Sea because he's the voice of Spider-Man in the current animated series. I went to his Q&A and didn't have access to internet, so I wasn't aware that cover art for Sailor Stars had leaked. He opened it up to general questions about his career and I asked about Sailor Stars. He shared that he is done recording and is pretty sure something will be announced at the next Anime Expo.

Well, he'd certainly be done recording for Sailor Stars since Mamoru has so little dialogue in that season, being dead for most of it.

He appears in the last episode. I believe this means the dub already reached the end of the series and is complete. This would be no surprise, since Viz's gaps between seasons are so long.

I noticed that the Box spine uses the 2006 Viz logo, hopefully they fix that and use the 2017 Viz logo

I have a theory as to why the half season sets still feature the 2006 logo instead of the 2017 logo. Whether it's through Toei or Naoko, there must be some approval process for the packaging, and all these half season set designs were produced and sent for review at once. S movie and SuperS movie didn't have this problem but I bet that's only because they backstepped after the response to R movie's packaging.

Maybe they just want to keep the box spines consistent

Also with Jojo, the 2012 season used the 2006 version while Stardust Crusaders uses the 2017 one and I imagine the Diamond is Unbreakable and Sailor Stars discs will use the new video logo that was introduced in both SuperS & Mazinger Z movies.

The irony of the Sailor Moon releases going through 3 logo videos because they're taking so long with this show. Very close to FUNi's DBZ DVD singles actually.
