Of all of those, the idea of awakening the girls at 30 appeals to me the most. So many superhero stories begin with kids, teenagers, and very young adults gaining powers. It would be nice to see semi-established adults to start superhero-ing and how becoming a superhero disrupts a grown person's life.

I honestly rather just have Sailor V OVAs. I want a closer to the manga Kaguya take as well. Chibi Usa picture diaries and the Exam battles are suitable for such format. Casablanca should have been actual episode. If we take different focus, I want a different girl to be the main heroine. Give it Rei. She can be a very different main heroine. She was either completely rewritten or shafted. She deserves the attention. The lonely mystical magiral girl, less clumsy shananigans. It would really change the experience. Instead of the Moon Princess we will have Mars princess with a different background strory, King Mars instead of Queen and a different conflict in the past. Her relationship with her father could be explored and contrasted to her past life.
That would be interesting to see but I won't lie I would love to see the 90's anime Rei be the Mars Princess as she is very entertaining and compelling in her own way.

After watching the first episode 2020 reboot of Digimon Adventure, I am more convinced that for Sailor Moon to be relevant again (and to have incredible animation), it needs to re-imagined the same way.
Like take the same characters but introduce them to a new premise, brand new antagonists that are inspired by the villains from the five arcs... Like even the first episode should be shaken up. Why not have Sailor V and Sailor Moon team up? Maybe Usagi saves Luna from the new villain and we're immediately introduced to her human form. Just do new things instead of having to see Morga AGAIN.
Maybe have Rei active as Sailor Mars before the series starts and introduce Phobos and Deimos as her guardians from Day 1. No more demon bus.
Like you can still be faithful to their characterization in the manga and have a ton of references and homages to the old work. Just tell a new story.

I 'd love to see an OVA retelling the Dark Kingdom arc from the manga but ending it like how Naomi originally planned for it to end with the Inners dead and Usagi becoming queen of the Moon Kingdom. I'd also add a scene at the end where Usagi wakes up and thinks that it was all a dream only for a silhouette of Luna to appear in her window hinting to the viewers that it wasn't a dream.
Lol, that would be so unfair. All of them to die for her happiness all over again, but permanently. I would love to see something is a new Sailor Moon retelling and doesn't start with Dark Kingdom. I think Dark Kingdom could work well as final villains.

I would love a film adaptation of the Dark Kingdom arc that followed Naoko's original vision: cyborg!Ami, using the original character designs, including Amano and Hikaru, "The Fiend of 2098 Faces," Diana the Moon Fairy, "Moon Prism Power" as an attack, Usagi's using her earrings as bombs, Jupiter's whip, Mars's sword, etc. It would be so much fun to see what might have been.

Actually I never liked Princess Serenity, she only has love in her mind. Usagi is a lot better.
