Episode 159
There is a grammatical typo in the subs for Pegasus’s opening line of “The world I live on, Elysion, was a world supported by the beautiful dreams of the people of Earth.” The word “on” should be “in”.
They didn't address the "on/in" part, but they changed this line to "The world I live on, Elysion, used to be a world supported by the beautiful dreams of Earth." The dub, however, made the change to "The world I live in, Elysion, used to be supported by the beautiful dreams of the people of Earth..."

Makoto’s answer as to who Chibiusa was talking to is subbed as “…a senpai.” Again with keeping of that word after all this time of the subs’ avoiding it.
Changed the line to "...found a senior at her school."Also, translated "senpai" as "senior", as if Makoto's talking about an older man, Chibiusa's in love with. The dub also goes on that route.
The subs for Ami’s line of “Mako, you have to explain first.” Appear onscreen just a tad late, appearing only after Ami had already finished saying “Mako-chan”.
Changed to fix the timing and the line itself as "Mako, I believe your explanation is somewhat out of context."
“Koi” is subbed as “love” in this episode.
Changed to "In love?!"
Makoto’s thinking it’s a senpai and wondering what he’s like are subbed as “Yes, I wonder what sort of senpai he is…”
Translated "senpai" as "senior student".
Rei’s questioning Makoto’s thinking is subbed as “How can you be so sure he’s her senpai?”
Changed the line to "Why are you asserting that he's a senior student." Also, "senpai" is translated as "senior student". The dub, however, changed it to omit the translation of "senpai", but have Rei say, "Yeah, you really need to stop saying that."

Minako: "He's white..."
Ami: "and silky?"
Chibiusa’s description of the guy’s face is subbed as “His face is…vertically long.”
No change
There is a small typo in Minako’s reaction to the above: “Vertically long? !” There is a space between the two punctuation marks, which should not be there.
Changed to fix the typo with "Vertically long?!"
The little whisper conversation that Ami and Minako have after hearing Chibiusa’s description is subbed like so:
Minako: “Ami! Does she mean long like a horse?”
Ami: “Long like a horse? Wait, Minako, you mean d—”
Minako: “What?”
Ami: “It’s so vulgar, I can’t say it.”
Minako: “What? Is he so vulgar you can’t even say it?”
Ami: “That has a different meaning.”
Minako: “- What meaning is that?”
Chibiusa: “- Good grief…”
Changed to the following:
Minako: "Ami! Does she mean this boy's face is long like a horse?"
Ami: "Long like a horse? Minako Are you saying he's a housefa-"
Minako: "What?"

Minako: "What? You mean this guy is so vulgar, you can't even say it?!"
Ami: "No! That's not what I meant."
Minako: "-Then what do you mean?"
Chibiusa: "-Good grief."
The dub took this part to a new direction though to the following:
Minako: "Hey Ami, it sounds to me like this guy's a real horse's butt."
Ami: "Horse butt? No, Minako. I think you meant to say he's a jacka-"
Minako: "What?"
Ami: "No, I can't say it. It's too vulgar."

Mamoru asking Chibiusa how much longer she’ll want to go on dates with him is a little awkwardly subbed as “How much longer will you want to come with me on a date.” There’s also the typo of there being a period instead of a question mark at the end.
Changed to "Still, I wonder how long before you stop wanting to go out on a date with me."
Ami’s describing the guy feeding the koi fish with the same descriptions that Chibiusa gave them about Pegasus’s color and face is subbed as “He’s wearing white… and he has a long face!”

The subs for Rei’s line of “Everything works out, Chibi-Usa.” seem like they would make more sense if “works” were changed to “worked”, as in “Everything worked out, Chibi-Usa.” Since Rei’s referring to how they’ve stopped the enemy (in the past tense) from interfering.
Changed to "I'm glad everything worked out, Chibi-Usa."
In the next-episode preview, the subs title the next episode as “Dream to be an Adult: The Amazoness’ Confusion.”
