Elysion

Hi I have a question for those knowledgeable Sailor Moon fans out there. Elysion always somewhat perplexed me. I know obviously that it is the capital of the Golden Kingdom of the Earth and also said to be located in the center of the Earth. However it is also said to be the world of dreams. So I guess my question is, is Elysion just simply a place located inside Earth or is it also a sort of dream world supplying dreams to peoples all across the Universe and thus while Elysion is found on Earth it is also independent of it as well? Does anyone have an answer?

I don‘t think it is located inside of planet earth, like under the surface or at the core, but it‘s more of a state-of-mind/„meta-place“ like Narnia or the black lodge in twin peaks. But i‘m not really sure...maybe the Eternal movies will explain it!
