Found out that there are unreleased DiC Cues not heard. Mystery is currently unsolved.

Hello everyone, this adds up to a previous thread that was made.
Any way to contact Bob Summers?
Me and Corza talked about someone who has happened to have the cues. However, these were never heard in the show itself and it's hard to contact him now. This was 14 years; or so ago, when Negavision Fandubs was still around. I sent an email to him, but I highly doubt he will reply back. His name was Andrew Dowler. We may never know what officially happened to the cues he has had all these years and never shared them to us fans.
Luckily, a few of these cues he mentioned is heard in the video.

I am not sure how we going to get him to contact us, but he will someday let us have the cues in their glory.

I remember he said the cue he used for "Moon Eternal Power" in episode 173 was allegedly supposed to be used for "Moon Cosmic Power" had DiC dubbed S. Who knows what the truth is, but it's still cool to think about.

Yeah that sounds incredibly doubtful. We have no indication that DiC had any interest in dubbing Sailor Moon beyond the necessary 65 episodes to sell the show in syndication for toys and cd advertising purposes. They only finished R, two years later, because Irwin Toys paid for it.
