Hello!

The ending intro of Sailor Moon R, left on credits, the walking/running animation frame rate of Usagi Tsukino is rather than my playing Nintendo Tetris on NES in level 9 block falling animation.

It looks like the frame rate is 3s and 6s on a .5 scale, with the occasional 12 for the backdrops (that's why it looks like the backgrounds are faster than her). It's nothing to write home about, especially since the walking and running animation is looped at 6/10 keyframes respectively, but considering the time it was made and the fact that it's just an ed, it's not that bad. Tetris, on the other hand, handles frames differently, varying from presets, delays and modulos.
It's kind of unfair comparing video game frame rates with cell animation frames, but yeah, in general (in a very rough approximation) this ending has fewer frames and it's a bit more choppy (not counting that Tetris has a pixel interface), although that choppiness can easily be attributed to the repeating assets.

I would say it's in 5's and 4's but there it's only 3 keyframes, so it's more choppy. I'm glad I helped you, but I'll stop here since it might be getting a little off topic.
