Yeah, it's like asking, "Since when did the universe exist" or "Where does the space end?" Stuff like that. Maybe she existed since the beginning of time? (whenever that was... )

But I think she was still alive in spirit? :3 Or did she get reincarnated rather quickly.
No idea... But doesn't the Pluto of the present die later on in Crystal Tokyo (for stopping Demando)? After that, did the Ginzuishou revive her? :?

That was just a joke, not some mockery of the senshi or moonies or the thread or anythign else  It's crystal clear they have birthdays without growing old which is, at least, what I want to think.

Even if they grow old though, being 30 does not mean anything for people with lifespan over 1,000 years. Maybe later on they even become immortal, since the time of Sailor Cosmos is in the distant future from the time of Crystal Tokyo, and thus she obviously lives by far more than 1,000 years.

You are apparently right that they must become immortal at some point. This is quite comforting because it'd mean that they can age without physical decay and without approaching eventual death. The cyclic nature of life (or immortality which is even better ^_^ ) is far more optimistc than what we are used to as linear sequence of life

And on the example of Pluto we can see that the "senshi age" is something much different from "human age".

Be she grows! Just look at Sailormoon SuperS...
Isn't that a little... weird?

Anyway!
The statement was in the manga...

You didn't know that? Then why and how did you think did they go on to live that long and exist during the era of Crystal Tokyo?
Well, at least Sailor Moon, manga-wise, stays like that upto the time of Sailor Cosmos. But, I suppose they're still mortals. It's a matter of how long can the Ginzuishou do its job...
