It's silver crystal clear that Queen Serenity was the biggest b*tch in the whole galaxy and no wonder so many different alien organizations hated her enough to go after her reincarnated daughter centuries after.
Her daughter becomes the Queen of Galaxy at one point in the manga.

I noticed one thing about Chaos and its incarnations: he's not that powerful.

Whether in the 90's anime, or the manga, or Sailor Moon Crystal.
- Serenity manages to repel Metalia and then finishes her off.
- Wiseman, once SM and his friends enter the battle for good, it does not last long.
- Pharaoh 90, same. Saturn lands and finishes him off with Sailor Moon.
- The only powerful incarnation of Chaos, Nehalennia. Whether with the gold crystal or without the gold crystal, she is powerful.
- I don't count Galaxia, knowing that even without Chaos, she is already the most powerful of all.

In fact, Chaos in the manga is just a toxic ingredient in a soup...
Still happy that in the future, Sailor Chaos, will intervene to change the balance, because for a villain, he is not that powerful.

I don't like that Neherenia who is Queen Serenity's mirror reincarnates as Sailor Chaos as the Mirror Image of Neo Queen Serenity.

The problem with Galaxia, there is a redemption at the end of the manga which was not planned at the beginning.

I don't see how she could come back in Sailor Chaos.
Naoko should never have changed her original plan with Sailor Galaxia, because for me it ruined the character in the end.

I see the actual anime plot where they gave Sailor Cosmos backstory to Galaxia as better than the manga and the original plan, since Naoko was even pressured to change Galaxia's backstory from a one dimensional villain.

Yeah. I, too, like the Cosmos plotline better than Galaxia in the anime. It would have been a bit WTF, to put Sailor Moon as Sailor Cosmos when no one has heard of her (Sailor Moon) in the galaxy.

Sailor Moon becoming Sailor Cosmos in the future or as a future incarnation in the manga looks Mary Sueish compare that to the Anime plot where in Galaxia is the Queen of Galaxy and the strongest senshi.

I wasn't talking about the manga. From anime. In the anime, no one has heard of Sailor Moon.
In the manga, I know it's a reincarnation of Sailor Moon (Cosmos).

But what I wanted to say: in the anime, putting Sailor Cosmos as a reincarnation of Sailor Moon would have been stupid in a way with the current scenario.
Galaxia should have been left to be a pure villain possessed by Chaos and no redemption.
So the logic of Sailor Moon = Sailor Cosmos would have held up.

Because finally, Chibi-Chibi assumes the form of Cosmos but is called more like that, but light of hope.
How strange, a Star Seed that takes on human form, and in the end maintains its human shell and does not join Galaxia?
I thought I'd find an answer to that, in the Blu-rays notess, and they said nothing about that inconsistency.

It's my understanding that Chibi Chibi kept her human form for a while longer in order to guide Mamoru back to Usagi and thank her for what she did. After that, she turned into a pink light beam like the other star seeds and went to find Galaxia and reunite with her. That's the only reasonable interpretation of the scene.

That's what I think too.
But still the problem of the carnal envelope. It is the only Star Seed that can do this, namely materialize a body out of the guardian's body.

After, in the end credits, they show Chibi Chibi again alongside Serenity & Galaxia. So Chibi-Chibi is a special person, then?

It makes sense the star seed of the strongest sailor soldier in the galaxy would have some unique abilities the others don't.

I don't believe that shot is meant to be taken literally. It wasn't a moment that actually happened. It was purely an aesthetic thing like the feather in the water.

Takeuchi and TOEI originally planned in both anime and manga that Galaxia was an incarnation of Chaos and Sailor Moon's future self is ChibiChibi/Cosmos - that is according to Materials Collection, there are inconsistencies because they decided to change the plot while they were running the Neherenia Arc, I guess they did not edit out much of the plot aside from Galaxia's backstory, Eternal Senshi, Animamates, and Sailor Cosmos because that would mean the anime would have a break in its run, Takeuchi removed all of her inconsistencies in the Manga in the Tankoubon.

It makes sense the star seed of the strongest sailor soldier in the galaxy would have some unique abilities the others don't.
I think that is because she is already the Queen of the Galaxy, Cosmos can also contact her past self when she gained godlike powers compared to the timeline of Death Phantom where she cannot hold her past self.

I wonder what Galaxia transformation would look like? Something like Sailor Moon or something like the Others..(aside from the instant transformation in the anime)?

I wonder how 'shiny" the transformations wit in Cosmos movie? I know they more than likely won't be knew but I wonder if they will today then up some? Just give the Inners one last good transformation...lol

And Saturn as well, have her transform before battling with Galaxia.
